Anglo Chinese advises on:

stock exchange listings in Hong Kong and elsewhere or raising new equity or debt capital in the public or private markets;
reorganisations or restructuring;
mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, international expansion or pursuance of strategic business relationships;
sale and purchase of private companies;
leveraged recapitalisations or other buyouts;
taking companies private;
making takeover offers;
unsolicited takeover offers or other unsolicited shareholder action;
liaison with regulators, compliance and disciplinary proceedings;
compliance as a retained compliance adviser;
companies facing financial stress and negotiations with creditors;
litigation support in all its commercial aspects including dispute resolution or providing expert witnesses;
recovering troubled investments or loans; and
fairness opinions or advice to independent shareholders.
